Group of 3 Estate Cottages, dated 1839. Squared tooled stone; Welsh slate
roof with rendered stacks. Each cottage 1 storey, 2 bays. Centre cottage has
central projecting porch with renewed half-glazed door; gable with datestone
bearing Percy crescent, and finial; small casement on right return. End
cottages have central renewed half-glazed doors. 2-light mullioned windows
holding plain sashes. All openings have chamfered surrounds and hoodmoulds.
Gables with pitched coping and moulded kneelers, at ends and between cottages,
each carrying stepped stack rebuilt on old base.

Flat-roofed extensions to rear are not of special interest.
