House, dated 1832 with Percy crescent on shield above internal face of front
door. Probably by J. & B. Green. Ashlar; Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 3
bays, symmetrical. Plinth. Central panelled double-doors in projecting porch
with plain frieze and cornice. 12-pane sash windows with slightly-projecting
sills. Paired moulded brackets carry boldly-projecting eaves cornice with
panelled soffit. Hipped roof; 2 stepped-and-corniced stacks with panelled
shafts on ridge.

Right return 2 bays with similar fenestration; set back to right is lower
rear wing. Left return shows similar fenestration and flush-panelled door;
rear wing shows elliptical-arched cart entrance, now glazed, and attached
single-storey outbuilding.

Interior: 6-panel doors, dogleg stair with stick balusters and moulded
newels.
