Terrace of houses, 1837. Tooled squared stone of near-ashlar quality; C20
synthetic tile roof with brick stack. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Nos. 3 and 5 have
round-arched doorways with renewed doors under old radial fanlights, flanking
a 3-centred carriage arch; renewed door with overlight to No. 7 on far right.
12-pane sashes to No. 3, other windows renewed, all in old openings with
slightly-projecting sills. Eaves band. Roof hipped to right; one ridge
stack.

Part of the original planned development coeval with the harbour, built by
the contractors Sandersons.

Included for group value; attached terrace (North View) to right rear is not
of special interest.
