Mill and attached miller's cottage. Mill probably C18 with re-used medieval
masonry, remodelled and cottage added c.1830. Squared stone (except for
squared rubble at rear of mill); cut dressings; Welsh slate roof. L-plan.
Neo-Tudor style.

East elevation in 2 parts. Mill to left 2 low storeys, 2 bays; central
boarded double doors in chamfered surround, with smaller doorway near left
end; 2-light recessed and chamfered mullioned windows with lead-latticed
casements. Coped left end gable on moulded kneelers; stepped ridge stack.
To right, set back slightly, is gable end of taller single-storey cottage
with 3-light mullioned window under hoodmould and slit window above; coped
gable, with finial, on moulded kneelers. Left return of mill shows external
six-spoked iron undershot waterwheel 3.5 metres in diameter. Right return
of cottage shows projecting gabled-porch with tall pointed arch, and 4-light
window to left. Rear elevation of mill shows two 2-light windows in gabled
half dormers; projecting gable end of cottage on left has stepped projecting
stack, and 2-light window on right return.

Interior: Stones and some mill machinery in Situ; king-post roof.
