House and cottage. House early C18 altered early C19; cottage probably early
C19. House has squared stone front, rendered returns and coursed rubble
rear; cottage squared rubble; cut dressings. Welsh slate roofs.

House 2 storeys, 2 wide bays. Right-of-centre 4-panel door with 4-pane
overlight; 12-pane sash windows on ground floor and 4-pane sashes, probably
once 16-pane but intermediate glazing bars lost, above; all windows in
openings with C18 stone surrounds, heightened early C19. Gables have raised
reverse-stepped coping on-moulded kneelers; end stacks with chamfered caps.
Single-storey 4-bay cottage on right shows 12-pane Yorkshire sashes; coped
right gable; similar ridge and right end stacks. Outshut at rear of cottage.

Altered single-storey wing at rear of house is not of special interest.
