80 metres north-
east of
Bilton House

Cartshed and granary. Probably second quarter of C19. Squared roughly-tooled
stone with large tooled-and-margined quoins; cut dressings. Welsh slate roof.
Long rectangular building built into slope so that access to granary is at
ground level on west.

East side 2 storeys 10 bays. Boarded door in left end bay, blocked doorway in
right end bay; between is arcade of chamfered segmental arches, some blocked.
At 1st floor centre a boarded pitching door with 3 windows, some part-slatted,
on each side. Chamfered eaves cornice; coped gables; left end stack. Left
return shows 2 small windows; boarded double doors under timber lintel on
right return. Rear elevation shows eaves cornice stepped up over central
boarded door, with small gable over; 3 slatted windows to each side, with
slightly-projecting sills.
