Estate cottage, mid-C19. Roughly-tooled stone except for squared rubble at
rear; tooled-and-margined dressings. Welsh slate roof. Single storey, 2
bays. Chamfered plinth. Central vertical-panelled door with 6-pane overlight.
Paired 12-pane sash windows to right, paired 8-pane sashes to left. All
openings in chamfered surrounds, with hoodmoulds. Gable ends with pitched
coping on moulded kneelers; stepped-and-corniced end stacks.
