Estate cottage, mid-C19 heightened in C20. Roughly-tooled stone except for
squared rubble to rear; tooled-and-margined dressings. Welsh slate roof.
Main part 1 storey + attics, 2 bays. Paired 12-pane sashes in right bay, with
older stones inscribed 'T.S.A.S.' and '1625' re-set as jambs; paired 6-pane
casements to left; both ground-floor windows with hoodmoulds. Paired 6-pane
casements above, in gabled half-dormers. All windows in chamfered surrounds,
the upper with slightly-projecting sills. Coped gables; stepped-and-corniced
left end stack. Single-storey bay to left has half-glazed door in old
opening and 9-pane fixed window. Shorter single-storey part to left links to
Village Hall (q.v.).
