House; door lintel dated 1727 with initials WWA (William and Alice Wharrier).
Squared stone; Welsh slate roof with brick stacks. 2 storeys, 1 + 2 windows.
Centre part-glazed 6-panel door in chamfered surround. 12-pane sash windows
in moulded surrounds, except for C20 window ground floor left. Steeply-
pitched roof has coped gables on moulded kneelers and end stacks, left banded,
right rebuilt C20.
