GV II

House, early C19. Tooled stone of near-ashlar quality. Welsh slate roof with
one rendered and one rebuilt brick stack. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Plinth, 1st-
floor band. 3 steps up to pair of doors at left end; right (No. 16) 6-panel
door with fancy patterned overlight, left (No. 16A) vertical-panelled door
with 3-pane overlight. 12-pane sash windows with slightly-projecting sills.
Moulded eaves cornice. Coped right end gable; right end stack rebuilt on old
base.
