Late C18. Stone, 3 storeys and basement. Moulded cornice, scroll foot-
stones. 5 windows up, 4 on ground floor, re-sashed C19. Fine doorcase
with elaborate cast lead traceried fanlight, an ornamented frieze and
broken pediment.

All listed buildings in Quay Walls form a Grade II in view of their
prominence the river frontage of Berwick.
