Late C18. Ashlar, 3 storeys and basement, bands with delicate fret
enrichment. Narrow front 1 bay wide. Was home of T.S. Good, the famous
Berwick painter of the early C19.

All listed buildings in Quay Walls form a Grade II group in view of their
prominence as the river frontage of Berwick. Nos 19 to 23 (consec) form
a Grade II* group as they are a very fine row close proximity to the
Custom House.
