Garden house. Mid C18. Brick in English Garden Wall Bond with Welsh slate
roof. Square. 2 storeys with one room per floor. Outside stone stair to
6-panelled door with overlight. Entry to ground floor beneath stairs Band
above ground floor. Pyramidal roof. Left return has 12-pane sash on 1st floor

Interior has elaborate rococo ceiling, on 1st floor, in poor repair at time
of survey.
