Game larder. c1780-90. Ashlar on 3 sides, rubble on 4th. Scottish stone roof with
lead ridge caps and concave conical lead cap. Pheasant weather vane. On front,
quatrefoil with raised surround.

Well preserved interior. Central roof-post and radiating beams acting partly as
tie beams and also to hold hooks for game. Roof-post and circular table surrounding
it are supported on stone brackets which lift it clear of floor to avoid damp.
