7/104 Roddam Home Farmhouse

GV 11

Farmhouse. Early C19. Ashlar, rendered at rear. Welsh slate roof. Central
staircase plan, 2 rooms deep. 2 storeys. 3 bays with door in blank segmental-
arched recess. Door renewed. All windows 16-pane sashes. Staircase window to
rear is broad and round-headed with raised surround and flat Y-tracery.
