Farm cottages. Early-mid C19. Rendered with tooled-and-margined ashlar
dressings, brick cornices and Welsh slate roof. 2 single-storey ranges with
2-storey arched gateway between. Rusticated quoins.

Left range is 7 irregular bays. Doorway in later C19 wood porch in 2nd bay;
boarded door with overlight in 4th bay. 12-pane sashes in alternating-block-
surrounds.

Segmental-arched carriage entry with chamfered surround, keystone and brick
tunnel vault. Raised quoins and a 2-light window on 1st floor, possibly to
dovecote. Moulded cornice and plain parapet. Roof not visible.

Right range is 6 irregular bays. Boarded doors with overlights in bays 3 and
4. 12-pane sash windows.

Cottages have stepped and cogged brick cornices. Hipped roof and 4 corniced
ridge stacks.
