Former farmhouse now used for garages and storage. 1780 for William Carr of
Etal Manor. Ashlar, asbestos roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Boarded-up door and
overlight in 2nd bay with raised stone surround and lintel inscribed HON WHC
1780. 12-pane sashes in raised surrounds. Gabled roof.
