to east of Middle Moor
Farmhouse
GV II
Stables, cartshed and shelter sheds with granary over. Mid C18. Front brick
with tooled stone dressings, east extension and rear elevation squared stone;
pantile roof. Front shows 2 boarded doors, cart entrance with tooled lintel,
alternating-block jambs and glinters and, to right, arcade of 3 segmental
arches with raised keystones. 12 slatted windows to granary. Roof hipped at
right. Rear elevation shows similar granary windows and external stone stair
to boarded door. Interior shows 1st floor beams with incised carpenters'
marks.
Adjacent farmhouse altered and not of interest.
