9/114 Sandybraes Cottage


Cottage. 1830-40. Ashlar with Welsh slate roof. Single storey, 3 bays.
Chamfered plinth. 2-leaf boarded door in chamfered surround. 16-pane sash
windows in chamfered surrounds with projecting sills. Hollow-chamfered cornice
and blocking course with moulded stone brackets supporting eaves. Gabled roof
with small ball finials and ridge stack with 3 clustered diagonal shafts.
