Shop and offices. C18 remodelled mid C19. Brick in English Garden Wall Bond,
with C19 ashlar dressings. Welsh slate roof. 3 storeys, 3 windows.

Ground floor 5 bays with 2-leaf, 8-panel doors in architraves in outer bays.
Shop window between divided by rusticated Tuscan pilasters. Dentil cornice
over.

1st and 2nd floor have rusticated quoins. 1st floor has 2-pane sashes in
architraves with pulvinated friezes and pediments; centre bay has semicircular
pediment. 2nd floor has sill band and smaller 2-pane sashes in shouldered
architraves.

Modillion cornice. Gabled roof with kneelers and chamfered coping. Corniced
ashlar end stacks.
