Formerly 2 houses, now shop and offices. Early C19. Ashlar with Welsh slate
roof. 3 storeys, 4 bays. Rusticated quoins. C20 shop front in right 2 bays.
In 2nd bay a C19 vertical-panelled door with overlight in architrave with
cornice over. To left sash window, with intermediate glazing bars removed,
in plain reveal with panelled apron. 1st and 2nd floor strings. 1st floor has
8-pane sashes, 2nd floor has smaller 4-pane sashes with moulded sills on
brackets.

Moulded cornice with blocking course. Gabled roof with renewed brick end
stacks on old bases.

Narrow 3-storey pedimented staircase wing to rear with 12-pane sash on each
floor.
