Water tower; at time of survey being converted into house. Early C20. Brick
in stretcher bond. Bituminous tile roof. Built in form of windmill. Round,
5 storeys with strongly tapering profile. Small 4-pane segmental-headed windows.
Wood balcony at lst floor level. Domed roof.
