17/353 West Houses Farmhouse

II


House. c.1840. Ashlar with plinth. Welsh slate roof. T-plan. 2 storeys, 3
bays. Rusticated quoins. C20 glazed door with overlight and 16-pane sashes
with projecting sills, all in alternating-block surrounds. 1st floor sill band.
Stone eaves. Hipped roof with 2 corniced ridge stacks.

In re-entrant angle of rear wing a canted porch with boarded and battened door,
and stone pent roof. 16-pane sashes and similar detail throughout.
