House and gallery, formerly a bank and then Post Office. C18 altered mid C19.
Scored stucco with ashlar dressings. Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 5 windows.

Panelled door on left in mid C19 surround with lintel inscribed "Bank" in
relief lettering, and floating cornice over. To right a bay window, also with
"BANK" in relief lettering, and with Ionic corner pilasters, cornice and
blocking course. Right of this a 6-panel door in C18 alternating-block surround,
a sash window, and an elliptical carriage arch in raised alternating-block
surround with moulded keystone. On 1st floor renewed 12-pane sashes. Gabled
roof with end stacks.
