C18 front to older house. Tall 3 storey stone house with 5 windows. Front
rendered. Brick chimneys. Sash windows with late glazing. Raised surrounds
to ground floor windows. Central entrance, 2 leaf beaded door with rectangular
light above.
Attic light in south-east gable. 2 central windows to rear with buck dressings
and blocked openings to right. Central door. Lintel of 1 window reads "1621"
(1641) over "xRDxIDx".

Nos 45 to 49 (odd) together with Giles Place (Nos 1 to 5) and Nos 1 and 2 Holy
Island, form a group, of which Gile's Place (Nos 1 to 5) are of local interest.
