Prolongs north west wing of Hallbank House (qv). Late C18/early C19. 2 storeys.
2 windows. Rubble. Sliding sash windows with glazing bars. Door to left in
later surround. Roof hipped to west, 2 brick chimneys. Rear wall brick with
3 blank windows on 2 storeys and an angled 1 window section forming connection
with Hallbank House.

The Manor Office, together with Nos 15 to 19 (consec), Hal1 Bank House, Bankhead
Manor Cottage and Archway form a group of which Nos 15 and 16 Hallgate are of local
interest.
