No 25 (Hallgarth House)

Early-mid C19. 'L' plan. 2 storeys and basement. 2 windows to north, 2 to
east and 1 on gable end. Rendered brick with ashlar quoins, lintels and cills.
Coped verges and kneelers. Glazing bar sash windows. Block porch at angle,
doorcase with pilasters and simple hood, 5 panel door with 4 light panel above.

No 25, the archway to east of No 25 and Nos 26 to 29 (consec) together with the old
Queen Elizabeth Grammar School, Bankhead and Wentworth Place Nos 1 to 4 (consec)
form a group.
