Dated 1737. 2 storeys. 1 + 2 windows. Stone with rendered front. Glazing
bar sash windows. Door left of centre with chamfered reveals and lintel carved
"T.K.B." over "1737".

Nos 1 and 2 Holy Island form a group together with Nos 45 to 49 (odd) Gilesgate and
(Nos 1 to 5) Giles Place. (Nos 1 to 5) Giles Place are of local interest.
