parish church

Former vicarage, 1820 extended mid-C19. Squared stone, tooled ashlar dressings,
hipped slate roof, stacks rebuilt in brick. L-plan with mid-Cl9 addition in re-
entrant angle. 2 storeys, 3 windows, symmetrical. Plinth, flat pilasters at angles
carrying heavy moulded eaves cornice. Central recessed half-glazed door with
fanlight flanked by attached Tuscan columns carrying entablature. 12-pane sashes
with slightly projecting sills. Right return 3 windows, symmetrical; 12-pane
sashes, central windows blind. Rear elevation has round-headed stair window with
radial glazing.
