NY 86 NE WARDEN

6/115 Park Shield Farmhouse

GV II


House, dated 1838 with initials J.C. on pediment. Front squared sandstone, side
and rear elevations rubble with tooled and margined quoins and dressings. Hipped
slate roof with twin central stacks. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Central door with
modern French window, altered sash windows. Rear elevation has modern ground floor
window and single-storey outshut, central stair window and 2 1st floor 16-pane
sash windows.

Included mainly for group value with farmbuildings.
