NY 86 NE WARDEN FRANKHAM

6/124 Frankham Farmhouse

House, early C19 incorporating older fabric. Squared stone front elevation, side
and rear elevations rubble, tooled and margined quoins and dressings, slate roof,
ashlar end stacks. 2 storeys, 3 windows. C20 central glazed door in old moulded
wood frame with oblong fanlight; 12-pane sashes. Rear elevation shows central
door, small C20 window to left and round-headed staircase window with radial
glazing slightly off-centre. A thick internal axial wall represents the front
wall of the earlier house.
