5/22 Balustraded terrace to
east of Hesleyside Hall

GV II

Balustraded terrace. Late C18, re-sited mid C19. Dry stone walling and ashlar.
Dry stone supporting wall capped by balustrade with vase balusters and moulded
coping. Plain square piers at corners act as plinths to stone urns. Balustrade
broken in centre of east side to form steps flanked by similar urns on plinths.
