Former stables and carriage house now garage and stores. c1820. Coursed stone
with ashlar dressings. Lakeland slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Central
segmental-arched double carriage doors. Flanking plank doors to stables have
hit-and-miss overlights. ½-slatted windows beyond these, the left one now
glazed in lower part. 3 granary openings above, the left one with slatted window
the others with vertical glazing bars. All openings have slight chamfer to
reveals. Alternating quoins. Outside stone stairs to granary on left return.
Gabled roof with flat coping.
