NW 16 NW WYLAM HOLEYN HALL ROAD


17/152 Wall c150 yards west of
Holeyn Hall

GV II

Garden boundary wall c 150 metres long. Mid C19. Probably by John Dobson.
Dressed stone with ashlar coping and door surround. c8 ft high with, flat coping.
Ramped at irregular intervals and ending at right with ramped section. Pierced
by doorway which has plank door with deliberately asymmetrical alternating block
surround and inclined lintel.

Further section of wall to right with ridged coping not of special interest.
