Formerly one house,now subdivided. C17, altered late C18 and early C19. Rear
extensions added early C19 and mid C20. Random rubble with Welsh slate roof.
2 storeys. Irregular fenestration. 3 steps up to almost central doorway with
flattened Tudor arch in chamfered surround under hoodmould. Ground-floor window
to left also has hoodmould, one original jamb and 12-pane Yorkshire sash. 3
first-floor windows are also Yorkshire sashes. Other windows are C20 casements
in early C19 openings.

Early C19 three-bay extension to left rear. Single-storey 1-bay extension on
right bearing V.R. wall letter-box. Massive external stack on each gable.
Steeply-pitched roof with flat coping.

Interior has old beams. Ground floor left room has large fireplace with segmental
head and partly-blocked brick bread oven. Ground floor right room has large
fireplace with moulded surround, bar stops and flattened Tudor arch. Smaller
similar fireplace in first floor room.
