Farmhouse. Early C19. Ashlar with Lakeland slate roof. 2 storeys, 5 bays.
Entrance front has 3-bay centre with slightly-projecting pedimented flanking
bays. Central door of 6-flush panels in plain surround with bracketed cornice
hood. Flanking bays have 12-pane sashes on ground floor and shortened 12-pane
sashes above. Outer bays have 16-pane sashes on ground floor and shortened
12-pane sashes above. 1st floor sill and eaves bands.

3-bay garden front. Central broad 2-storey bay window with three 12-pane sashes
on ground floor and three 9-pane sashes above. Other windows similar to entrance
front.

Single-storey addition to left has C19 Yorkshire sashes in chamfered surrounds.

Hipped roof with 2 stone ridge stacks.
