Former cottage, now used as garage, and byres. c.1800. Dressed stone with Welsh
slate roof. Single storey. Cottage 4 bays with renewed 4-pane sashes. Byres
4 bays with plank doors in alternating-block surrounds.

Cottage has 2 small square corniced stone ridge stacks.
