16/98 East Farm Cottage


House, formerly 2 cottages. C18 core altered C19 and C20. Random rubble
including much Roman stone. Welsh slate roof and brick chimneys.

2 storeys, 2 sections of 1 and 2 bays.

Doorway in C20 lean-to porch partly in both sections.

Lower left section has one small 4-pane window above porch. Single-storey lean-
to to left of porch is part of East farmhouse (q.v)

Higher right section has 4-pane sashes. Gabled roof with flat coping and 2 end

Fenestration to rear includes two 16-pane sashes.
