Farmhouse and attached cottage. C18, altered early C19. Random rubble and
Welsh slate roof. Boulder plinth.

House 2 storeys, 3 wide bays. Victorian central door with overlight and wooden
hood with decorative bargeboards. Alternating-block surrounds to door and
windows which are renewed 6-pane sashes. Small blocked window to right of door.
Gabled roof with flat coping and 2 stone end stacks.

Lower 2-bay cottage to left has plank door on left and 24-pane Yorkshire sash
to right. Two 12-pane Yorkshire sashes above. Projecting range on left has
blank front wall and one 6-pane sash on each floor, asymmetrically placed; and
hipped roof.
