NY 97 SE WHITTINGTON NEW BINGFIELD

15/123 Bingfield House

GV II


House. 1830-40. Tooled and margined ashlar with Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys
plus attic. Rusticated quoins. 3 bays. Central 6-panelled door and fanlight
with radial glazing bars in square stone porch with panelled pilasters and
cornice. 16-pane sash windows with projecting sills. Moulded cornice. Gabled
roof with ridged coping and triple conjoined stone end stacks.

Similar windows on returns and to rear.

Interior has staircase with square balusters, 6-panelled doors and internal
shutters.
