II

House and cottage. Early C19. Dressed stone. House has Lakeland slate roof,
cottage Welsh slate roof. Two storeys. House: 4 bays. Six-panel door, with
4-pane overlight, in 3rd bay. 12-pane sash windows with projecting sills.
Cottage to right has blank wall on this facade. Gabled roof with two banded
ridge stacks.

House has second span to rear; 3 bays with 12-pane sashes. Panelled door and
12-pane windows to cottage on right return.
