Cottage and byre, c.1800. Roughly-squared stone with tooled quoins and dressings;
Welsh slate roof, brick stack. 2 storeys, 2 wide bays. Cottage to right has
doorway in alternating-block surround and window to left with tooled lintel and
slightly-projecting sill; similar but smaller window above, both having lost
their carpentry. Byre to left has pair of segmental arches. Hipped roof with
small central ridge stack. Interior of cottage shows plain stone fireplace.
Derelict at time of survey;important landscape value.
