Mill, mill house and byre, c.1800. Rubble with cut quoins and dressings; mill
house has Welsh slate roof at front and stone slates at rear, mill (ruinous)
and byre (under repair) roofless at time of survey, except for Welsh slates on
mill rear wing, one brick stack.

South elevation in 3 parts: mill house in centre 2 storeys, 2 bays. 5 steps
up to right-of-centre door in tooled stone surround; 16-pane sash windows in
tooled alternating-block surrounds with stop-chamfered lintels and slightly-
projecting sills. Right end stack. Mill to left 3 storeys, 2 bays + pent
wheelhouse to far left; on right ruinous steps up to boarded door under elliptical
arch; rebated round-arched doorway to wheelhouse. Windows in tooled stone
surrounds, with little carpentry left (1st floor has had 16-pane sashes), 2nd
floor lintels fallen. Small brick stack on right gable. Byre to right 2 storeys,
2 bays; 1st floor stable door under stop-chamfered lintel, with slit vent on left.

Returns show reverse-stepped gables; pigeon holes and alighting bands in right
return. Rear elevation shows vertical-panelled door and renewed 12-pane sashes
to house, low gabled wing to mill and stone external stair on byre to boarded
granary door in chamfered alternating-block surround, flanked by slit vents.
