House, late C18 with mid-C19 rear wing. Coursed rubble with tooled dressings,
tooled-and-margined in wing; stone slate roof except for Welsh slates on wing,
left end stack rebuilt in brick. 2 storeys, 3 bays, symmetrical. Central
renewed door with 2-pane overlight; renewed 6-pane sashes; all openings in
alternating-block surrounds. Re-set panel over door dated (17)03 with Weldon
coat of arms and initials WW MW (William and Margaret Weldon), in moulded
surround. End stacks. Returns show reverse-stepped coping.
