Kilns and attached buildings, early C19. Brick with pantile roofs. Pair of
Newcastle horizontal kilns with brick vaults, open-ended to east, and stacks
to west. Adjacent building to west of kilns, and double-span block on north
which has twin-gabled front to west, with boarded double doors under timber
lintel and blocked window with segmental relieving arch; gable end stacks to
west.

Derelict and in poor condition at time of survey.
