House and outbuildings, early C18. Coursed rubble with roughly-cut quoins and
dressings; Welsh slate roofs. House and right outbuilding, 2 storeys 3 + 1
bays. House has central renewed door in chamfered block surround with 4-pane
casement over; flanking bays have renewed 12-pane sashes with tooled-and-margined
lintels and slightly-projecting sills; and 12-pane Yorkshire sashes above.
Outbuilding to right has boarded door in block surround,with part-slatted window
under tooled-and-margined lintel on left. Coped gables with moulded kneelers;
stepped-and-corniced left end and ridge stacks. Right return shows boarded
pitching door in block surround.

West outbuilding single storey, 2 wide bays, each with boarded door in irregular-
block surround flanked by slit vents. Steeply-pitched roof with 2 ridge louvres.
