Entrance screen and gates,dated 1870.Rock-faced stone,ashlar dressings,wood,cast iron.Tall four-centred arch holding panelled double gates with open panels above rail;heavy ornamental ironwork includes fleur-de-lys cresting.Flanking gabled buttresses and flat-coped parapet stepped up over dated tablet with Errington arms.Lower walls to sides have pedestrian entrances with pointed arches and studded panelled doors.Landscape value,on approach to village.
