House, 1832. Tooled squared stone; Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays.
Central flush-panelled door; 16-pane sash windows with slightly-projecting
sills. Coped gables with stepped end stacks. Central doorway and similar
fenestration to rear; pair of single-storey rear wings have boarded doors and
hipped roofs.
Built as one of a pair with West Cocklaw Farmhouse (q.v.).
