NY 8645 ALLENDALE ALLENHEADS

privy row adjacent

GV II


Terrace of 6 houses, late C18 or early C19. Rubble, tooled and margined
lintels and sills, hipped slate roof, ashlar corniced stacks. Each house
2 storeys, 2 bays. First floor 12-pane sashes divided 4:8, ground floor
one 16-pane sash and boarded door with overlight,(door of no. 1 later).
Rear elevation with paired outshuts, those of nos. 1 and 2 with modern
first floor added.
