Cottage, now outbuilding, late C18 or early C19 incorporating earlier fabric.
Rubble, slate roof, stone stack on left gable. 2 storeys, 1 bay. Boarded
doorway with, to left, ground and 1st floor windows, both renewed in old openings,
raised cement surrounds. Lower part of left gable incorporates more massive
rubble wall of-older building. Included for group value with Corn Mill Farmhouse
and Mill.
